As part of his research, Mario is collaborating with Professors Maurizio Canavari and Giuliano Vitali from the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Bologna.

This collaboration began in September 2024, and it is officially set to conclude at the end of December 2024, though our research team plans to build on it as a foundation for exploring new opportunities.
